v1.4 (v1.3, v1.2, v1.1) release


Small bugfixes:

Fixed crash when using the auto align on conveyor belts.

Fixed crash when destroying Arc Furnace.

Fixed crash when asking a character to board a rocket when there are no rockets in the world.

1.3:

Fixed bug where splitter couldn't move items from ground to ground.

Fixed bug where ores would generate outside the world border.

Fixed bug where feeder crashed the game.

1.4:

Fixed crash when inspector panel inspects barrel.

Fixed another crash with the feeder, it was the same problem as the previous crash but another instance of it.

Bees no longer turn to face down when spitting, but instead spit in the direction that they were facing.

Fixed problem with cowgirls getting stuck on top of each other when summoning. When requesting a cowgirl to follow you, she now ignores the hitboxes of other cowgirls and bees. This was the original fix to this problem but it wasn't implemented properly.

The cowgirls no longer get teleported to [0, 0] when a rocket that they have boarded gets destroyed.

I've ran into an issue of crashing when I try to use the spacebar lock when clicking any building (It might just be conveyor belts, unsure) and I get this

I think this should be fixed already. Are you on the most recent version?

Any tips for dealing with slowdown? I have a pretty beefy computer and the game speed has been cut down hugely.


Do I just have to I guess replace all conveyor belts with funnels and hovering hands? Because holy hell that's gonna be a pain.

Yeah, use conveyors as a tool for automation, and not for transportation. It's best to have things be compact and have stations that produce specific things from start to finish rather than a main bus like in factorio. The game is also easier to play in this way. The biggest source of lag is usually item objects, so try to minimize those.

Conveyors are easily the cheapest way to transport items though... maybe the more compute-resource-efficient methods should be made cheaper (and the range on hovering hands longer) if you want to encourage their usage for long distance transport.

Yeah, the hands should have double range honestly. 

I won't lie, i'm stumped for the past hour ive been attempting to make the automatic assembler but it refuses to create itself

You can click the little arrows on each side of the made from list to view all the ingredients. The assembler costs concrete and tungsten in addition to the other ingredients.

Sorta odd bugs, but sometimes requesting the spawning of a cowgirl causes the cowgirl to spawn into another preventing either one from moving, also moving a girl to a rocket and deleting the rocket deletes the girl :(

Perfect timing, I was just fixing up some bugs.

Actually I just got the 1.3 version and it crashed again with the feeder

Ah I was about to post about the feeder crashing my game lol
