very small update so small it is in lowercase only

added a fullscreen switch to the settings menu and the in-game options menu

fixed a bug where the milker would milk once even if it didn't touch a power field. i am not sure how it got fixed, i made some changes and it didn't work and then i undid the changes and then it worked.

added an explanation for how the inventory crafter works to the goddess help dialogue under "items, inventories, crafting".
